Shawn officially started Thrive Dane LLC on July 1st, 2014 after working the previous 12 years as a Case Manager at a vocational agency in Dane County. He chose to start a Community Supported Living agency after recognizing that many of the people he supported vocationally were not happy with some of their living arrangements.
Shawn lives in Stoughton, WI with his wife Amy and their 2 daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching Special Olympics basketball for the Stoughton Superheroes, coaching soccer for his daughters, collecting comic books, lifting weights and riding BMX.
